THE PROGRAM

The world is not background. It is the field in which they will lead.

GYLFH prepares young people to understand themselves, communicate across cultures, interpret global and local challenges, and design responsible action.
MISSION / VISION

A generation prepared to participate—not merely observe.

The mission is to prepare young people from diverse communities to understand themselves, communicate across cultures, engage global and local challenges, and design practical projects that serve humanity.

The vision is a connected international network of young leaders who could think ethically, speak with confidence, negotiate differences, collaborate across borders, and translate ideas into responsible community action.

“Do not lower the idea. Change the container.”
